Abstract

The review considers the brief clinical characteristic of separate syndromes of endocrine pathology, which are based on hereditary factors. Ro define nosological forms there is given OMІM according to the existing classification, mode of inheritance, a group of genes responsible for the synthesis of hormones, the localization of genes in the chromosomes.
