Abstract

The article considers the problematic issues of topical glucocorticosteroid use in practice of general practitioner. It is underlined that manufacturer of the drug plays an important role in the choice of topical glucocorticosteroids: whether the drug is original or generic, as all significant researches on the efficiency and safety are being conducted exac­tly with original preparations. Original medications have the well-proven clinical efficiency and well-studied profile of safety that allows using them without the risk of developing side effects or complications.
