Approaches to the correction of indexes of blood lipids and liver functional state in patients with hypothalamic dysfunction

The lecture presents a modern view on etiology, pathogenesis and correction of hypothalamic dysfunction, describes the correlation between hypothalamic dysfunction and liver functio­nal state. The comprehensive method of treatment of these patients is described, with application of ursodeoxycholic acid. Author’s experience of Ursofalk use allows recommending the preparation at a dose of 15 mg/kg body weight daily in three divided doses, for three months, in patients with hypothalamic dysfunction.
