Approaches to the correction of indexes of blood lipids and liver functional state in patients with hypothalamic dysfunction

V.I. Pankiv

Abstract

The lecture presents a modern view on etiology, pathogenesis and correction of hypothalamic dysfunction, describes the correlation between hypothalamic dysfunction and liver functional state. The comprehensive method of treatment of these patients is described, with application of ursodeoxycholic acid. Author’s experience of Ursofalk use allows recommending the preparation at a dose of 15 mg/kg body weight daily in three divided doses, for three months, in patients with hypothalamic dysfunction.

Keywords

hypothalamic dysfunction; liver functional state; ursodeoxycholic acid
